Privacy policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
KAIK Space ("we") is a Telugu content studio run by Kranthi Kumar in Hyderabad, India. It publishes the channels listed on kaikspace.com, including Bomma Katha. This policy covers this website and the private tools we use to publish and measure our own videos ("KAIK Space Publisher"). Contact: [email protected].
This website
The website has no accounts, forms, advertising or analytics, and sets no cookies. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Our publishing tools and the platforms we use
KAIK Space Publisher is used only by KAIK Space, on our own accounts. It is not offered to anyone else. It connects to:
- YouTube (YouTube API Services): to upload and schedule videos on our own channels, set their titles, descriptions, thumbnails, subtitles and playlists, read our own channels' statistics (YouTube Analytics), and read and reply to public comments on our own videos.
- Instagram and Facebook (Meta platform APIs): to publish Reels and posts on our own Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages, and read their insights and the public comments on our own posts.
- Telegram: to send status messages to our own team.
By using YouTube API Services, we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to data that Google processes. Anyone who has granted any app access to their Google account can revoke it at Google's security settings page. Meta's handling of data is described in the Meta Privacy Policy.
What data we handle
- Our own account access tokens. Stored encrypted, used only by our tools, never shared.
- Aggregated statistics about our own videos (views, watch time, audience retention, traffic sources, audience age, gender and location in aggregate). We use them only to improve our content and posting schedule.
- Public comments on our own videos and posts, including the commenter's public name, so we can read and reply to them.
We do not collect viewers' personal data, do not sell or rent any data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the platforms above as needed to provide the features described.
How long we keep data
Statistics are kept for as long as they help us plan content, at most 3 years. Comment text is kept only while we respond to it, and at most 90 days. Account tokens are deleted when we stop using a platform. YouTube data obtained through the API is refreshed or deleted within the periods required by YouTube's policies.
Your choices
To ask what data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. See also our data deletion instructions. We reply within 30 days.
Children
Our content is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
