Data deletion instructions

KAIK Space's tools work only with our own YouTube, Instagram and Facebook accounts. We don't create accounts for viewers or collect their personal data. The only third-party data we may hold is the public comments people post on our own videos and posts (see the privacy policy).

To have your data deleted

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data".
  2. Include your public username on the platform (YouTube, Instagram or Facebook) and, if possible, a link to your comment.
  3. We delete any copy we hold within 30 days and confirm by email. Comments you posted on the platforms themselves can be deleted by you there at any time.

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account to any app and want to remove it, go to Facebook Settings → Apps and websites and remove the app. For Google, use Google's security settings page.
